The Keysight Technologies E5061B-3L5 Network Analyzer can be applied to a variety of electronic component and circuit measurements from low to high frequencies. Impedance analysis function (option 005):
Plots impedance parameters; Calibration/compensation capabilities for test fixtures; Equivalent circuit analysis
