The models cover the frequency range from 9 kHz to 50 GHz, with type N, 3,5 mm, 2,92 mm and 2,4 mm connectors depending on the frequency range. They are available with 2 or 4 ports. With re-connection, also multiport calibration of ZNBT, ZNB and switch matrix systems is supported. The ZN-Z5x calibration units support the main frequency ranges of the R&S network analysers, they are detected automatically via the USB connection. All required data is transferred automatically to the VNA.

- ZN-Z50, model .32: 9 kHz to 26,5 GHz, 2 ports
- ZN-Z51, model .32 and .72: 100 kHz to 8,5 GHz, 2 ports
- ZN-Z51, model .34 and .74: 100 kHz to 8,5 GHz, 4 ports
- ZN-Z52, model .30: 100 kHz to 26,5 GHz, 4 ports
- ZN-Z53; model .32: and .72: 100 kHz to 26,5 GHz, 2 ports
- ZN-Z54, model .92: 9 kHz to 40 GHz (characterized up to 43,5 GHz), 2 ports
- ZN-Z55, model .42: 9 kHz to 50 GHz, 2 ports
For model Z51, it is possible to individually configure the ports. Each port can be permanently adapted to N(m), 3,5mm (m,f), 7/16 (m,f), 4.3-10 (f).
