54754A Differential TDR/TDT Plug-In Module

Use the Keysight 54754A differential and single-ended TDR/TRT module to perform superior and accurate testing with characteristic RMS noise of 0.25 mV (12.4 GHz bandwidth), 0.5 mV (18 GHz bandwidth), and a maximum input signal of
plus/minus 2 VDC.
The 54754A offers greater usability with two built-in step generators configurable for 1-port, 2-port common mode, or 2-port differential TDR or TDT measurements. With built-in TDR/TDT calibration, user-selectable edge speed, and optional S-Parameters, the Keysight 54754A makes testing easy and convenient.
