The Keysight E4446A PSA measures and monitors complex RF and microwave signals up to 44.0 GHz. Part of Keysight’s high performance PSA spectrum analyzer range, the E4446A Spectrum Analyzer is capable of a frequency range of up to 325 GHz with external mixing. This tenacity in terms of frequency range is coupled with great accuracy standards, a high degree of flexibility, and an analysis bandwidth that starts from the built-in 80 MHz (14-bit digitizer resolution). This can expand all the way to 300 MHz of analysis bandwidth capacity if combined with an oscilloscope applied as an additional digitizer.
