The Keysight UXR0254A real-time Infiniium oscilloscope is a 4- full bandwidth channel oscilloscope of the UXR series with low noise floor (< 1 mVms) and jitter (<25 fs). This high-performance oscilloscope has a resolution of up to 10 bits and a bandwidth of 110GHz analog to digital converter. The UXR0254A is fully upgradable and has a standard memory depth of 200Mpts.
