\nThe Rohde & Schwarz FSUP8 Signal Source Analyzer combines the functionality of a high-end spectrum and signal analyzer with the benefits of a pure phase noise tester, based on the PLL method. This R&S signal source analyzer covers microwave-range frequencies in a single box.
\nSimilar to an FM\/PM\/AM demodulator, the FSUP8 records the oscillator signal over time, while also characterizing oscillators with respect to tuning slope, transient response, power, harmonics and spurious emissions.
