42942A Terminal Adapter, 40 Hz to 110 MHz

The Keysight 42942A is a terminal adapter, the primary purpose of which is to convert a four terminal-pair configuration of an impedance analyzer into a 7mm terminal configuration. This allows equipment with 7 mm terminal connectors to also be used with impedance analyzers.
The Keysight 42941A Impedance Probe Kit used with the Keysight 42942A provides the capability to perform in-circuit measurements (printed circuit patterns, the input/output impedance of circuits, etc.) with better accuracy and wider impedance coverage from 40 Hz to 110 Mhz. In-circuit measurements can improve cycle time in a design environment, or reduce the cost of rework in a production environment. The major specifications are listed below.
