The Tektronix TCP303 is an AC/DC current measurement probe with a bandwidth of DC to 15MHz, and a risetime of less than or equal to 23 ns. With a maximum current is of 150 A DC, the Tektronix TCP303 unit requires the TCPA300 amplifier (sold separately). The TCP303, when connected to Tektronix oscilloscopes with TEKPROBE Level II, TekConnect (w/ TCA-BNC), or TekVPI (w/ TPA-BNC) interfaces, current measurements and calculations are simple and easy.’
