The Spectrum Rider FPH is designed for both indoor and outdoor field applications and use in labs. Large buttons and a multifunction rotary control allow operation even when wearing gloves. The backlit keypad makes the analyser usable in the dark, and the bright nonreflecting display is readable in bright sunlight. The battery lasts an entire working day. The light weight, small form factor and ruggedness make the analyser easy to carry. It is a reliable companion even in harsh and difficult-to-reach environments.

The FPH is the first handheld analyser with frequency range software upgrade. The units handle frequencies between 5 kHz to 31 GHz. No downtime is needed for the upgrade and no recalibration is required after the upgrade. The frequency range can be extended as needed. The 26.5 GHz base model can be easily upgraded to 31 GHz with the FPH-B31 keycode option.
