P7520A 20 GHz TriMode Probe
The Tektronix P7520A is a 20GHZ TriMode Differential Probe (P75PST solder tip and the newer DPO/DSA70KD scopes to achieve 25GHz). With Tektronix’s proprietary TriMode technology, the one-probe setup on the P7520A makes differential, single ended, and common mode measurements with complete accuracy.
