The Keysight 1134A, 7 GHz differential probe, is a perfect match for the Infiniium 80000 or 90000 Series oscilloscopes with 6 GHz bandwidth for high-speed differential or single-ended probing in embedded designs. Supporting a wide range of real-world applications with an extensive line up of probe heads and accessories, the Keysight 1134A can meet the most demanding mechanical access requirements.
The Keysight 1134A comes with features like extremely low input capacitance, flat frequency response and the patented resistor probe tip technology that provide ultra-low loading of the device under test (DUT) and superior signal fidelity.
The Keysight 1134A maximizes measurement performance for both hands-on (e.g., browsing) or hands-off measurements, such as solder-in, socketed or SMA connections.
