80E04 2 Ch 20 GHz TDR Sampling Module

The Tektronix 80E04 is a dual-channel Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) sampling module. The Tektronix 80E04 sampling module provides up to 70 GHz bandwidth, an acquisition rise time of 17.5 ps or less with a typical 20 GHz equivalent bandwidth, Lowest noise for analysis:
450 -VRMS at 60 GHz, 300 -VRMS at 30 GHz and more. The 80E04 has various key features including Independent sampler deskew which ensures easy fixture and probe de-embedding, dual channels, Precision Microwave Connectors (3.5 mm, 2.92 mm, 2.4 mm, and 1.85 mm), and Probe support.
The 80E04 can be applied for use in Transmission Line Quality, Impedance Measurements, Crosstalk Measurements applications, high-performance TDR/T measurements, measurements of Impedance profile, inductance, capacitance, and S-parameters, true differential, common mode, and single-ended measurements, and efficient fault isolation.
