Utilizing a proprietary Indium Phosphide integrated circuit process, has enabled the V-Series to have high-frequency capability while yielding the low noise and jitter measurement floors.
The V-Series oscilloscopes offer more than 40 measurement-specific application packages including jitter, triggering, measurement and analysis tools and full compliance certification test suites.
