MSOX3104G Mixed signal oscilloscope, 1GHz, 4+16-CH, with WaveGen

The MSOX3104G 1 GHz oscilloscope provides 4 analog plus 16 digital channels, 4 Mpts memory, 1,000,000 waveforms/sec update rate, zone touch trigger with an 8.5-in capacitive touch screen, and standard embedded software with waveform and measurement histograms. The InfiniiVision 3000G X-Series oscilloscopes with bandwidth models ranging from 100 MHz up to 1 GHz offer high-end technology in a small form factor. With an intuitive touch user-interface, industry-leading waveform update rate, zone trigger, and 8 new standard features, you can capture and isolate elusive glitches and anomalies not possible on other oscilloscopes.  They come standard with an integrated 20 MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator (WaveGen) that also support modulation. The function generator provides stimulus output of sine, square, ramp, pulse, DC, Sinc (x), exponential rise/fall, cardiac, Gaussian Pulse and noise waveforms to your device under test.
