54753A Single Ended TDR/TDT Plug-In Module
The Keysight 54753A plug-in provides a 20 GHz channel and an 18 GHz channel for the Keysight 86100A Infiniium DCA. This plug-in has a built-in TDR step generator. The addition of the second vertical channel provides capability of performing single-ended TDT measurements as well as TDR measurements.
