E4991A RF Impedance/Material Analyzer

The Keysight E4991A is an RF impedance/material analyzer that offers a crucial impedance measurement performance and great built-in analysis function. Employing an RF-IV technique, as opposed to the reflection measurement technique, the E4991A offers more accurate impedance measurement over a wide impedance range.
The basic impedance accuracy of the E4991A is plus/minus 0.8% while its high Q accuracy enables low-loss component analysis. The E4991A’s internal synthesizer sweeps frequency from 1 MHz to 3 GHz with 1 MHz resolution.
