The Keysight N4421B S-parameter test set, combined with 2-port PNA or PNA-L network analyzer and Option 550, offers a complete solution for 4-port measurements. P note, this test set is not subject to a calibration test. The test set-s performance characteristics are parameters that the product is expected to meet before it leaves the factory.
