The Keysight N9962A is a FieldFox handheld microwave spectrum analyzer for test and measurement applications. Built to withstand the toughest working environments and rugged enough to meet MIL-specifications, the Keysight N9962A is designed to deliver precise, lab-grade measurements.
With more built-in capabilities than similar analyzers, the N9962A can expand capabilities with optional tracking generator, interference analyzer, built-in power meter and more, saving the trouble of carrying three or four instruments with a single FieldFox. The Keysight N9962A is employed in AM/FM tune and listen, field strength measurement, SCPI code compatibility, spectrogram, stimulus response, interference analysis and power measurements.
The N9962A easily measures average and pulse power with a USB power sensor, pulse measurements with time gating. Featuring extended range transmission analysis (ERTA), built-in DC source, GPS receiver (internal and external), the N9962A locates interfering signals using the intuitive spectrogram display and recording capabilities.
