One of the N4903B’s highlights is its automated and compliant jitter tolerance testing, which allows quick and accurate characterization for all popular serial bus standards. This includes the likes of PCI Express, SATA, FB-DIMM, Fiber Channel, CEI, Gigabit Ethernet and XFP.
The Keysight N4903B matches to latest serial bus interfaces perfectly with its ability to analyze un-deterministic traffic, generate complex pattern sequences, subrate clock outputs. Clockless and differential interfaces can be tested. This makes the N4903B one of the most versatile and universally applicable devices out there.
