The Keysight E8364B 50 GHz PNA network analyzer provides the combination of speed and precision for the demanding needs of today’s high frequency, high-performance component test requirements. The E8364B now provides the capability to more accurately measure mixers and converters with its new frequency-offset capability.
The E8364B’s has data accuracy enhancement features that significantly reduce measurement uncertainty due to errors caused by system directivity, source and load match, tracking and crosstalk. The E8364B’s full two-port calibration eliminates all the systematic errors to obtain the most accurate measurements. Powerful automation and self-help tools makes the E8364B well suited for both R&D and manufacturing.
