IT6000C Series bidirectional programmable DC power supplies, 5 up to 144 kW

The IT6000C series is a bi-directional programmable DC power supply which adopts the third generation SiC-base technology. It integrates the source and sink function in one unit. Based on these two functions, IT6000C offers the functionality of two-quadrant operation. The regenerative capability enables the energy consumed to be put back onto the grid cleanly, saving costs from energy consumption and cooling, while not interfering with the grid. 
Various models available:

• IT6xxxC-80-xxxx: Voltage 80 V, current and power from 150 A and 5 kW up to 2 040 A and 165 kW
• IT6xxxC-300-xxxx: Voltage 300 V, current and power from 75 A and 6 kW up to 2 040 A and 198 kW
• IT6xxxC-500-xxxx: Voltage 500 V, current and power from 40 A and 6 kW up to 1 320 A and 198 kW
• IT6xxxC-800-xxxx: Voltage 800 V, current and power from 25 A and 6 kW up to 825 A and 198 kW
• IT6xxxC-1500-xxxx: Voltage 1 500 V, current and power from 40 A and 18 kW up to 440 A and 198 kW
• IT6xxxC-2250-xxxx: Voltage 2 250 V, current and power from 25 A and 18 kW up to 275 A and 198 kW

This series provide max. output voltage up to 2250V, support master-slave paralleling with averaging current distribution, max. output power up to 2 MW. Built-in waveform generator supports generating arbitrary waveforms and import LIST files for waveforms via front panel USB port. IT6000C is the combination of high reliability, highly efficient setting, safe and multiple measurement functions.
