U8974 High Voltage Unit for the MR8847A

The Hioki U8974 is a high-voltage direct input module for memory recorders like the MR8847A. The U8974 has a voltage input of up to 1000 V DC and 700 V AC that requires using a differential probe. The Hioki U8974 module is useful for primary and secondary measurements of UPS power supplies and commercial power supply transformers. Also used to record the primary and secondary waveforms of inverters, the U8974 is also employed in measuring high-voltage power supply lines, such as 380 V and 480 V systems used in many countries.
