N7002A InfiniiMax III plus 16 GHz probe amp

Perform accurate, efficient general-purpose, high-speed differential bus probing with the Keysight N7002A InfiniiMax III Plus Series 16GHz probe amplifier. The N7002A probe features InfiniiMode technology and provides superior measurement capabilities, as well as increased probe usability.
This probe amplifier can easily measure the differential signal, the single-ended A or B signals, and the common-mode component of a differential signal with just a single connection. The N7002A probe is a replacement for the N2800A 16GHz InfiniiMax III probe.
The Keysight N7002A probe amplifier contains its unique S-parameter to help flatten the probe’s magnitude and phase response for accuracy and to yield better probe corrections and measurements.
