E5053A 3 GHz – 26.5 GHz Microwave down converter for E5052A

The Keysight E5053A Microwave Downconverter is designed to operate with the Keysight E5052A signal source analyzer (SSA). Keysight, the manufacturers of the device, is a widely known manufacturer of electronic test and measurement equipment, having originated from Keysight Technologies.
When configured with the Keysight E5053A microwave downconverter, the Keysight E5052A SSA offers exceptional phase noise sensitivity up to 26.5 GHz. Additionally, combining a pair of 11970 series harmonic mixers offers frequency extension up to 110 GHz. All functions of the E5052A SSA are seamlessly integrated into the E5052A SSA user interface. The cross-correlation technique used in this device enhances phase noise sensitivity to microwave and millimeter-wave frequencies.
