N8973A 10 MHz – 3 GHz Noise Figure Analyzer

Make fast, accurate, and repeatable noise-figure measurements with the Keysight N8973A noise figure analyzer. It helps you set up and carry out complex measurements with ease and gives highly reliable results. The N8973A has the ability to make simultaneous noise-figure and gain measurements.
The Keysight N8973A can also view, print, and save the data and display it in multiple formats. It can characterize amplifiers and frequency translating devices, including LO control over dedicated second GPIB, and offers increased measurement accuracy and speed over previous Keysight noise figure meters.
