PIM analysers

PIM (passive intermodulation) is a serious issue for cellular operators looking to maximise their network’s reliability, data rate, capacity, and ROI. PIM can create interference that will reduce a cell’s receive sensitivity and can also result in calls being completely lost.

A PIM analyser measures and detects PIM, and helps engineers evaluating and certifying PIM performance of a system before and after installation. For locating new carriers and/or during maintenance we have the Rosenberger PIM Alpha with its interchangeable filters or the Anritsu PIM Master. Available in different frequencies such as 700, 800, 900, 1800, 2100 and 2600 MHz. RentalTec is an approved service partner for Rosenberger PIM Alpha calibrations for our rental equipment.
