P7313SMA 13GHz Differential SMA Probe

The Tektronix P7313SMA is a differential input probe for Tektronix real-time oscilloscopes. The P7313SMA provides a high fidelity differential input connection with low noise. Created for the purpose of measuring differential signals in 50 O signaling environments, the P7313SMA provides its user with the ability to measure high-speed differential signals on each channel of a multiple-channel oscilloscope.
