TPR4000 A low noise, offset.ripple on DC rails from –60 to +60 VDC.
Use the Tektronix TPR4000 power rail probe to efficiently probe digital power management, memory and Ethernet connectivity, noise sources on high-frequency power rails, and chipsets for power rail voltage supply and control. The TPR4000 offers the lowest noise and high bandwidth required to measure AC ripple between 200 uVp-p and 800 mVp-p at up to 4GHz.
This power rail probe’s higher input impedance minimizes the oscilloscope loading effect on DC rails to make the needed measurements.
