MM OTDR Test Adapter (Add-On) for TestPro CV100 and NSA, 850/1300nm 25/27dB

AEM’s Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) hot swappable multimode and singlemode OTDR test adapters, providing users with enhanced troubleshooting functionality and helping technicians in the field to quickly locate broken fibers or identify loss events that lead to optical loss test failures.. The OTDR gives technicians in the field the ability to easily pinpoint the location of broken fiber or other loss events causing an optical loss test to fail. The AD-OTDR-MM and AD-OTDR-SM test adapters are compatible with TestPro and Network Service Assistant (NSA) test platforms. When an OTDR trace is combined with TestPro’s Multimode and/or Singlemode Tier-1 Optical Loss Certification, Tier-2 Certification can be achieved. 

Wavelength Range: 850nm +/- 10nm and 1300nm +35/-15nm
Event Dead Zone: 1m typical for 850nm and 1m typical for 1300nm
Attenuation Dead Zone: 2,5m typical for 850 nm and 4,5m typical for 1300 nm
Dynamic Range: 25dB for 850nm and 27dB for 1300nm
Distance Measurement Range: 9km for 850nm and 35km for 1300nm
