This scope combines a full-featured 100Mhz bandwidth and a 500MS/s sample rate with a True RMS digital multimeter in a rugged, battery-operated instrument. Capable of measuring harmonics up to 31st (50/60Hz) and full floating up to 600 Vrms, the THS720P enables troubleshooting and verification of complicated electronic control circuits. Equipped with a PWM electric motor drive trigger and a kV high-voltage probe, this handheld is the solution for your power electronic needs.
